[Introduction]
I traveled to Matsuyama, the capital of Ehime Prefecture, for 4 days and 3 nights. The main purpose of this trip was to watch Yuru-chara Grand Prix 2016 on the last 2 days. My favorite Milan, which is the mascot character of Ehime Prefecture, did not participate in the contest, but entertained other local mascot characters and the audience as a host of the event with Barysan, Imabari city’s mascot character. I also participated in a PR event for the Grand Prix and did some sightseeing. In this article, I will write about Matsuyama City station as part of Day 4.

[Main Part]
Now this is the final article of my Ehime, Matsuyama trip. After Yuru-chara Grand Prix 2016, I stopped by Matsuyama city station, since I had some free time brefore departute.
Ferris Wheel “Kururin”
To begin with, I rode ferris wheel “Kururin” at Iyotetsu Takashimaya Department Store.
I bought “2 Day ticket for city tram” during my trip and it included a free ride of the ferris wheel, so I tried it.
Unfortunately, I was not able to take good photos, so I will not post photos which were taken from the ferris wheel. Speaking of ferris wheel, The fessis wheel I rode in Singapore (“Singapore Flyer”) was fantastic, so if you are interested in it, please check my atricle.
Matsuchika Town
Then, I dropped by Matsuchika Town.
Matsuchika Town is the only underground mall in Shikoku Island and famous as the second shortest underground shopping arcade in Jaspan. The following photo was taken at the entrance of the mall and I was able to see the exit of it.
This is Iyotetsu Shop, which sells a variety of Mican goods.
There was a shope named “Higiriya” and I bought two “Higikiriyaki” as my supper.
Evening view of Matsuyama station
I will take evening view photos of Matsuyama station before the departure time.
Matusyama station was the last stop of city tram, so I took photos including city tram.
The right side was dropping off area and the left side was boarding area. At Matsuyama station, city trams turn its direction with switchback method.

Matsuyama Airport
I moved to Matsuyama Airport by Airport Limousine from Matsuyama City station.
Arrival lobby on the first floor.
Depaerture lobby on the second floor.
The last photo in my trip was the panel of Mican and Dark Mican. Then, I returned to Tokyo.
[Closing]
That’s it for the article about Matsuyama City station as part of Day 4. Regarding Ehime Prefecture, there are still several things I would like to do, so I believe I will revisit it in the future.
Now a series of my Ehime Matsuyama trip was over. Thank for your visiting my blog. I am goig to leave for another trip from tomorrow. When I return from the trip, I will write a new series, so please retunrn my blog 🙂
