[Introduction]
I visited Dogo-onsen Hot Spring in Matsuyama city, Ehime prefecture in two years. “Mika Ninagawa × Dogo Onsen DOGO ART 2015”, an art festival, was held during my visit, so I was able to fully enjoy staying there. In this article, I will write about Dogo Onsen station, tram and Botchan train.

Taking train photos around Dogo Onsen station
I took lots of photos about trams and Botchan train around Dogo Onsen station during my trip. So, I will post some of them in this article 🙂
Dogo Onsen station
First, Dogo Onsen station, which was built in 1911.

Trams with basic colors
Trams arrived and departed at Dogo Onsen station. The cream and orange colored vehicles were their main trains.
Trams with various colors
There were also other types of trains with various colors.
Wrapping train to commemorate “Mika Ninagawa × Dogo Onsen DOGO ART 2015”.
This tram was colored to advertise ANA (All Nippon Airways).
This tram was colored orange.
Botchan train
Botchan train also arrived and departed at Dogo Onse station.
Train depot
Dogo Onsen station was a terminal station and there was a train depot near the station.
Botchan train turned for direction.
So far, I posted photos that were taken during daytime. I also took photos in the morning and in the evening.
