[Introduction]
I traveled to Osaka in late September. This was my first visit to Osaka except for business trips. There are several things I missed doing, so I would like to revisit Osaka in the future. In this article, I will write about evening scene in Shinsekai, Tennoji Park and Abeno Harukas as part of Day 2.

[Main Part]
Evening Scene in Shinsekai
Following the previous post, I left Tsutenkaku Tower and continued to walk around Shinsekai area in the evening.
Now I faced an unexpected situation. I looked forward to illuminated Tsutenkaku Tower in the evening, but Tsutenkaku Tower was not lighted up.
Actually, the light-up has been suspended since early September when Typhoon Jebi (Typhoon Number 21) hit Osaka. “Kuchu Teien Observatory” in Umeda Sky Building, which I visited on the first day (see the related article), has also been closed, so I realized the aftermath of the typhoon.
Anyway, I took photos around “Zuboraya” with Fuku lantern.
Evening Scene in Tennoji Park
I left Shinsekai and will move to Abeno Harukas via Tennoji Park.
Judging from the view from this place, it seemed the upper area of Tsutenkaku Tower seemed to be lighted up.
Anyway, I will head for Abeno Harukas, which was seen on the right side.
This is Osaka City Museum of Fine Arts.
As I mentioned in the past article when I visited Tennoji Park during the day time, an October Fest was held at “Tenshiba” area in Tennoji Park.
The atmosphere of Tennoji Park in the evening was different from that of in the daytime, but I think Tennoji Park in the evening was also attractive.

Evening Scene in Abeno Harukas
Following the daytime, I moved up to the observatory of Abeno Harukas (“HARUKAS 300”).
As I mentioned in the past article when I visited Abeno Harukas during the day time, “1-day ticket” enabled me to enter into the observatory again without queuing.
View from the observatory.
There was a cafe “Sky Garden” in the 58th floor.
Lastly, I took several photos around the pedestrian overpass in front of Abeno Harukas.
Then, I returned to the hotel and the second day of my Osaka trip was over.
[Closing]
That’s it for the article about evening scene in Shinsekai, Tennoji Park and Abeno Harukas as part of Day 2.
Unfortunately, I was not able to see the light-up of Tsutenkaku Tower, but I was satisfied with the view of Abeno Harukas. It is often difficult to take night photos at observatories as indoor lighting reflects mirrors, but I didn’t meet such a situation so much at Abeno Harukas 🙂
In the next article, I will write about Sumiyoshi Shrine as part of Day 3.
