Ehime Matsuyama Trip Part 1: Matsuyama Airport

[Introduction]

I traveled to Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture for three days and two nights in late April. This was my sixth trip to Ehime Matsuyama and I was able to enjoy the trip as my first travel since I changed my camera and lens. In this article, I will write about Matsuyama Airport as part of Day 1.

As I mentioned in the previous article, I am going to Matsuyama in Ehime prefecture as my first trip after I changed my camera setting from “α7 II ＆ SEL1635Z” to “α7 III ＆ SEL1635GM”. I have liked Ehime prefecture including its image-up character “Mican” since I visited it for the first time in December 2013 and this was my sixth visit.

Go to Matsuyama with ANA583

I started my trip from Haneda Airport.

After passing the security gate, I moved to the boarding gate.

My flight was ANA583.

I got on board the plane. There was a special decorated plane of STAR WARS over there.

Arrived at Matsuyama Airport

I arrived at Matsuyama Airport after one and a half hour flight.

I returned to Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture!

Arrival lobby on the first floor.

To begin with, I bought “ALL IYOTETSU 3Day Pass” at information counter.

“ALL IYOTETSU 3Day Pass” allows torists to take trams, trains and buses.

There was an Imabari towel store next to information counter.

Orange BAR

Then, I visited “Orange BAR”.

“Orange BAR” was opened in July 2017 and there was an orange juice server.

It cost 350 Japanese Yen for a drink.

I bought it.

Ehime is one of the largest producers of orange in Japan.

There were a variety of “Mican” goods at “Orange BAR”.

Observation Deck

I will go around other floors. This was a panel on the second floor.

I went to the third floor.

There was an observation deck on the third floor.

This was the plane I took.

Go to Matsuyama City Station

Now I will move to the central area of Matsuyama city.

I got off at Matsuyama City station.

Whenever I came to Matsuyama City station, I took photos of trams from this spot.

Then, I will take Takahama Line and visit several spots I have never been to in my past Ehime Matsuyama trips.
